SLICE OF RYE BREAD WITH HARDBOILED EGG, AVOCADO, SPINACH AND PINE NUTS (316 kcal)

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 slice of rye bread (60 g)
  • Sliced tomatoes (50 g)
  • 1 medium egg (60 g)
  • Avocado (35 g)
  • Spinach (10 g)
  • Pine nuts (10 g)
  • Seasoning: salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Spread the avocado on the bread and place on top the tomato, spinach leaves, and hardboiled egg cut in slices.

Add the pine nuts and season to your taste.
