TUNA SANDWICH WITH CUCUMBER, TOMATO AND ARUGULA (245 kcal)

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • Whole wheat sliced bread (60 g)
  • Cucumber (20 g)
  • Lettuce or arugula (20 g)
  • Sliced tomato (50 g)
  • Tuna (35 g)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (5 ml)

DIRECTIONS:

Place on the bread the tuna, lettuce or arugula, tomato, and cucumber and add a small spoonful of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

If two slices seem too much, save one for the afternoon and you will have your snack ready.
